I have enclosed the documentation we discussed. Per your inspection on August 24th you requested the following items in order to issue the Certificate of Occupancy for my parent's home, located at 705 Founders Path in Southold: · Revised architectural drawings to reflect deck footings - 4 copies are attached; · A Certificate of Electrical Compliance - copy attached. · Plumbing and Waste Line Inspection - copy attached. · Replacement of the dryer vent with hard piping (completed and ready for reinspection). I have also attached a copy of the updated survey- which was previously submitted via facsimile by the surveyor directly to the building dept. You also mentioned that the permit should be amended to reflect that the basement is finished and I have enclosed a check to cover any additional filing fees. If no additional fees are necessary please destroy my check. If my signature is needed please call me at 212 988 0583 so I can arrange to have the paperwork faxed to me. When you are ready to reinspect the vent please call Deirdre O'Connell of Sotheby's real estate, her cell is 516 532 9736. Her office can provide access to the house. I believe everything is now in order, if there is anything else please contact me as soon as possible because we have committed to closing on the house December 6th with an updated Certificate of Occupancy.
