This Indenture, made the d1wl day of Septembar, nineteen hundred
and ninety two
Between ALPHONSE SCHIAVONI and CARMELA SCHIAVONI, his wife, both
residing at 325-2nd Street, Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk & State of New York,
party of the first part, and
ALPHONSE SCHIAVONI, residing at 325-2nd Street, Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk & State of New York,
1\ party of the second part,
witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Second Street, where
the southerly line of land, formerly of Rose Rackett, intersects
the westerly line of Second Street; running thence southerly along
WW the westerly line of Second Street, a distance of Forty (40) feet
to land of Schiavoni; running thence westerly and parallel with the
southerly line of land, formerly of Rose Rackett, to other land
formerly of Gertrude Warner, now of Osborne Douglas; running thence
northerly along land of Osborne Douglas a distance of forty (40)
feet to land formerly of Rose Rackett; running thence easterly
along land formerly of Rose Rackett to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING & INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by deed recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office in Liber 7526 pg 244 .
Together with all rights, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of
the party of the first part in and to said premises.
To Have and to Hold the premises herein granted unto the party of
the second part, the heirs of successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the
first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of
the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
