Lot PARCEL ONE at Sandy Beach in said Village.
010.000 BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of the premises hereby conveyed on the northerly
side of a right of way hereinafter mentioned and defined, which line is also the
southerly line of land formerly of Herbert Fordham (nor Parcel #2 herein) and distant
562.5 feet westerly on a course of North 680 53' 20" West from the westerly line of la
now or formerly of Inez Fordham, and RUNNING from said point of beginning, westerly
along the said northerly line of said right of way, North 68° 53' 20" West, 41 feet
to the northwesterly corner of the plot herein described, and the northeasterly corner
of a plot of land now or formerly of Allen; RUNNING THENCE southerly along the
easterly side of said land now or formerly of Allen on a course of South 250 6' 40"
West 111.46 feet to a point in the southerly line of land granted by the People
of the State of New York, to the Sandy Beach Association of Greenport, New York, Inc. ,
and which grant or patent is recorded in the Office of the Secretary of State of New
York, , and also recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, and
which point is the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and the
southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Allen;. RUNNING THENCE in an easterly
direction and along the southerly line of said grant or patent, and along the
southerly line of a bulkhead along the high water mark of Greenport Harbor, South
66° 23' 10" East, a distance of 40.91 feet to land now or formerly of Tasker;
RUNNING THENCE in a northerly direction and long the westerly line of said land now
or formerly of Tasker, on a course of North 250 6' 40" East 113.25 feet to the
northeasterly corner of the plot herein described on the northerly line of said
right of way at the point or place of BEGINNING.
PARCEL TWO at Sandy Beach, in the Village of Greenport, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point of the norhterly line of a certain right of way, which point
is the northwesterly corner of Parcel #1 hereinabove described; RUNNING THENCE
northerly at right angles to the northerly side of said right of way and along land
now or formerly of Allen, 100 feet; THENCE easterly at right angles to the last
mentioned course 41 feet to land now or formerly of Tasker; THENCE southerly along

THENCE westerly along the northerly line of said right of way 41 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with easements by way of right of way over other portions of the right
of way which embraces the northerly 30 feet of the premises now or formerly of
Sandy Beach Association of Greenport, New York, Inc. , between the lands of
Inez Fordham on the east thereof asnd the lands of Herbert Fordham on the west
thereof.
1 ( ALSO, together with a right of way, in common with others, upon, over and across
a parcel of land adjoining said last above mentioned right of way on the north
thereof, and which parcel of land is referred to as parcel "C" in the inter-
' locutory judgment of 1929 in the partition action in the County Court, Suffolk
