THIS INDENTURE, made the day of May nineteen hundred and ninety—two
BETWEEN
ANDREW H. HUZSEK and ROBIN D. HUZSEK, husband and wife, both residing
at 154 Sixth Street, Greenport, New York
t party of the first part, and
ROBIN D. HUZSEK, residing at 154 Sixth Street, Greenport, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and imprnvements thereon erected situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:—
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly side of Sixth Street, said monument being
South 07 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West, 200.00 feet from the intersection
formed by the northerly line of Clark Street and the easterly line of Sixth Street,
and from said point of beginning
running thence along the easterly line of Sixth Street, North 07 degrees 18 minutes
40 seconds East, 50.00 feet;
running thence along other lands of the part of the first part, South 82 degrees
41 minutes 10 seconds East, 166.20 feet to If ands now or formerly of Quillin;
DISTRICT running thence along said lands now or formerly of Quillin and along lands of
1001 Ackland, South 07 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West, 50.00 feet to lands now or
SECTION formerly of Kiski;
007.00 running thence along said lands now or formerly of Kiski and lands now or formerly
BLOCK of the Village. of Greenport, North 82 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds West, 166.20
04.00 feet to the easterly line of Sixth Street and the point or place of BEGINNING.
LOT BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated April 30, 1982, from St. Peters Lutheran Church and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 12, 1982, in Liber 9181 page 279.
