Land & Development Corp. and J.M. S. Land and Development BLOCK Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inc. , dated March 17 , 1965 and recorded 02 . 00 March 18 , 1965 in Liber 5716 at page 16 , and together with access thereto over Sound Drive, a private road 50 feet in width, from LOT the westerly end of Sound Drive as shown on "Map of Eastern Shores 036. 000 at Greenport, Section III. " SUBJECT TO Covenants and Restrictions recorded on November 9 , 1967 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 6252 at page 514 . Q.
