This deed is made to correct name and title of premises in accordance with amendment made June 4, 1982 changing the name and purposes of JERNICK MOVING & STORAGE, INC. which amendment was filed July 7, 1982. At the time of said filing JERNICK MOVING & STORAGE, INC. was the owner of a parcel of property located at 170 Moore's Lane, Greenport, New York, which parcel it had acquired by deed dated February 13, 1970 and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk Comity on February 20, 1970. The purpose of the instant instnmlent is to correct the name on the title to reflect the new amended name of the instant corporation upon the same parcel of property which is still awned by the corporate entity, correcting the name to 170 MOORE'S LANE REALTY CORP. TOGETHER with all right, tide and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any stints and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted onto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the fust part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid. AND the parry of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the patty of the firer f,�U3✓'f part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the sum first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
