Russell to execute the Service Agreement between the Town of Southold and Taylor-Air Inc. in connection with serviciw, the refrigeration equipment at the Human Resource Center, for a term of one year at a cost of $1,775.00, subject to the approval of the Town Attorney. Customer may then submit bill from Taylor Air inc. to Manufacturer for reimbursement.
