Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of
the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:

dredged canal known as Fordham Canal where same is intersected by
the division line between Lots 9 and 10 on the Map of Fordham
(� Acres, Section 1 (Filed March 7, 1962 as Map No. 3519) ; and

1) North 66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds East 45.78 feet;
2) South 22 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds East' 100. 06 feet;
South 66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds West 43.41 feet to the
3)westerly mean high water line of said canal where same is
intersected by the southerly line of Lot 10 aforesaid and thence
1 along the westerly mean high water line of said canal north 22
degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds west 100.05 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party

of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with

first part in and to said premises; To Have and to Hold the

heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the
first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as

the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
