THIS INDENTURE, made the I G" day of April, nineteen hundred and ninety-nine ,I
BETWEEN,
PATRICIA WIEDERMAN, residing at 77 Country Village Lane, Manhasset Hills, New York 11040,
as Administrator of the Estate of CRAIG WIEDERMAN, who died on the 30th day of June, nineteen i
hundred and ninety-five, the party of the first part, and
ROBERT C. NEESE H and LAURIE L. NEESE, husband and wife, both residing at 10 Silver Lane,
Greenport,New York 11944, party of the second part,
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, to whom letters of administration were issued by the
Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, New York on July 19, 1995, (File No. 1881-1995) and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament and/or by Article 11 of the Estates,
Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) DOLLARS, paid by ;(
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the
distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Bayview in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 27 on a certain
map entitled, "Leeward Acres at Bayview", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
June 4, 1971, as Map No. 5599, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Jacob's Lane distant 175.00 feet southwesterly as
measured along the southeasterly side of Jacob's Lane from the extreme southwesterly end of the arc of a
curve connecting the southeasterly side of Jacob's Lane and the southwesterly side of Leeward Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 61 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East, 405.46 feet; I

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has
