erected, situale, lying anff being at' Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
Slate of New York, being ail of Lots 56 and 57 and part of Lot 58 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Matfituek Heights Subdivision Map of Property of Gustav Bayer, situate at Martimek,
Suffolk County, New York, survey February 19th, 1927 by Otto W. YanTuyl, L.S. Grecnport,
New York", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 25, 1927 as
Map No. 192, said lots and said Imrt of lot when taken together are more l~rtieularly bounded

BEGINNING at the comet formed.by the intersection of the southwesterly side of Conklin Road
