boy Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

1 All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings

New York, known and designated at Lot No. 4 on Block 3 (Section 3)
('J6,OO on a certain map entitled, "Map of Fleetfield, " and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 6, 1942,
c7 .C)pp as Map No. 1351. Said lot is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Middleton Road, said
point being a distance of 224. 59 feet measured along the westerly
side of Middleton Road from the northerly end of a curve connecting
the westerly side of Middleton Road with Bennett Road;
RUNNING THENCE south 72 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds west 125. 00
feet to a point;
THENCE south 72 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds west 125.90 feet to
a point;
THENCE north 16 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds west 75.02 feet to
a point;
THENCE north 72 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds east 124. 16 feet to
a point on the westerly side of Middleton Road, point or place of
BEGINNING
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises heretofore conveyed to
the party of the first part by deed dated May 8, 1985 recorded in
the Suffolk County clerk's Office in Liber 9791 page 310 on May 15,
1985.
i Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with
the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the
first part in and to said premises; To Have and to Hold the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the
first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
