WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

corner of land now or formerly of Aloi;
THENCE South 84 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds West along the northerly
side of Front Street, 60 feet to land now or formerly of Price;
THENCE North 4 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds West along the last
mentioned land 141.46 feet to land now or formerly of Ficurilli;
THENCE North 83 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East along the last
mentioned land 60 feet to land now or formerly of Alois ,
THENCE South 4 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds East along the last
mentioned land 142.80 feet to the northerly side of Front Street
at the point or place of BEGINNING.
