ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, Eying and being at Cutchogue, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Middle Road (County Route 27)
where same would be intersected by ar~ extension northerly of the westerly fine
of land conveyed to William H. Matson and Alvania Matson, ux, by deed
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5979 Cp 195, said point of
beginning being distant 142.62 feet westerly, as measured along the $0uthedy
side of Middle Road, from the northwesterly end of the arc which connects the
southerly side of Middle Road with the westerly side of Alvah's Lane; thence
running along the said extended westerly line of land of Maston South 28
degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds East 214.52 feet to the southwesterly comer of
said land of Maston; thence along land now or formerly of Salter South 56
degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds West 120.42 feet; thence North 28 degrees 37
minutes 40 seconds West 224.68 feet to the southerly side of Middle Road; and
