SUBJECT to a 25 foot easement over its most westerly portion for ingress and egress to end from North

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the tirst part by deed made by
William F. Koob dated January 28, 1982 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 10,
1982 in Libor 914t Page 398.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first pad in and to any streets and resale
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
3mmlses herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever,
