This conveyance is subject to the terms and-provisions of the
mortgage made by Stanley S. Frankel, Mortgagor on the 25th day
of April, 1985, which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk at 'Liber 10739 page 103 and which mortgage
secures the payment of the indebtedness evidenced by a promissory
note executed simultaneously therewith, the amount of which
indebtedness has been reduced as of February 25 , 1991, to the
principal sum of $130,392.98 which is due and payable tog6ther
with interest in.-accordance with the provisions found therein,
and the payment of which indebtedness is secured by said mort-
gage and evidenced by said note the grantee shall and hereby does
assume and agree to pay as part of the consideration of this
conveyance.
The Estate of Stanley S. Frankel is hereby released of any and
all liability arising as a result of the aforesaid mortgage and
promissory note.
