Arshamomaque, Town of Southcld, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the Southeasterly end of Bayview Avenue,
South 52 degrees 30 seconds West, 18 feet from the Northeasterly line of said
Bay"view Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE the following three (3) courses as follows:
(1) at dght angles to said Southeasterly end of Bayview Avenue, South 37
degrees 30 minutes East, 91 feet to an iron pipe;
