".PARCEL B ALL that_ Certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Sandy Beach, Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southolc County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a certain right of way which point is the northwesterly .corner of other lands of Kathryn T. Bird; RUNNING THENCE northerly in the projection northerly of the westerly' line%of other lands of Kathryn T. Bird, 100 feet; THENCE easterly and at right angles to the last mentioned line 40 feet; THENCE southerly along the projection northerly of the easterly line of other lands of Kathryn T. Bird, 10.0 feet to the northerly line of the aforesaid right of way; THENCE westerly along the northerly dine of said right of way 40 feet to the point or place of beginning. - The aforesaid parcel of land, hereinabove described, and herein conveyed, is hereby.
