To whom it may concern,
I am requesting to meet with you on your next field Inspection at my property located at:
840 Fleetwood Rd. Cutchogue, in regards to providing an opinion on dock work. The property had a
dock between 1957 and 1965, the town dredged the middle of the Creek, East creek otherwise known
as Eugenes Creek, causing the natural channel that followed the north side of the creek bordering my
property to fill in making the property unsuited for keeping a boat. The property includes a "dredged
basin" that empties into the shallow portion of the creek. I am looking for an opinion on filling in the
dredged basin, thus increasing the wetlands and building a dock set on pilings to extend to the creek.
The fill to return the dredged basin to wetlands would come from the filled in portion of the creek. I am
enclosing a copy of the survey and a check for $50 to cover the field inspection fee. I would like to meet
at the property to explain the plan, you have my permission to come on my property for this request.

JOHN WEISS requests a pre-submission inspection to discuss the possibility of
