Tax Map #1000-010-10-2 Fishers Island Sauthhold lawn Board oI Trustees Dear Mr. King: Enclosed are preliminary drawings for a proposed house and boat house for Mr. & Mrs. Tom Shillo on the Gloaming at the Inner Bay of West Harbor on Fishers Island. We understand that Keith Neilson of Docko, Inc. talked to you a few months ago about the boat house part of the project. We'd now like to show you the whole project we hope to do, including the house and boat house. There are now a house and garage on the site. The house is something of a shack, built from scraps salvaged from one of the old hotels. We're proposing to build a new house that uses the exact footprint and the basic massing of the existing one, and adds some new wings and porches. The new additions are within the zoning envelope, though the existing footprint extends into the front yard setback. The existing garage location intersects with the west end of the proposed boat house. So we'd like to reorient and combine the garage with the new boat house.
