Sec. 1988 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 13919 of
mortgages at page 308; and on which mortgage there has been advanced and is now
01.00 due and owing the sum of $2,000,000.00; and that the party of the second part

for this conveyance.
