STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or ur{neces- sary HARDSHIP because Applicant seeks to convert an existing barn into a residence. The said barn has an insufficient side yard to the West. It would be impracticable and: a financial hardship to the applicant to have to move the barn in order to provide a sufficient side y~rd. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because the barn is already on the subject premises and has been for a long time. It is the intention of the applicant to renovate the barn into a one family residence and the applicant intends to use the westerly portion of the barn as a garage. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the barn is already in existance and the granting of the Variance would not change the character of the neighborhood.
