being 190.90 feet measured in a Southerly side of Sterling Place from
BLOCK the intersection formed by the Southerly side of Knapp Place with the
03.00 Westerly side of Sterling Place; running thence two courses along land
now or formerly of Rhodes, as follows: (1) South 61 degrees 15 minutes
LOT 30 seconds West 90.0 feet; (2) South 80 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds
019.000 West 172.25 feet to a point; thence North 23 degrees 23 minutes 40
seconds West 38.09 feet to a point; thence along the lands now or
formerly of Begley, Syrett and Marczewski and through concrete monuments
marking the Southwesterly and Southeasterly corners of the land of Syrett,
North 73 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds East 253.33 feet to the South-
westerly side of Sterling Place; thence along the Southwesterly side of
Sterling Place, South 30 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East, 42.50 feet
to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part herein by deed recorded in Liber 9187 cp. 5.

will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
