Van Tuyl and Son, L.L.S. , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 7th day of March 1962 as Map No. 3519, said portion of Lot No. 16, being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Gull Pond Lane where the northerly line of Lot No. 16 intersects said Gull Pond Lane; from said point of beginning.
