WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

taken together as one parcel are more particularly bounded and described
as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Shore Drive at
its intersection with the division line between lots 12 and 13 on the afore-
said map. Said point being also distant 577.7 feet southerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Shore Drive with the
southerly side of Shore Drive; RUNNING THENCE north 6 degrees 19 minutes
20 seconds east, along the easterly side of Shore Drive, 75 feet; THENCE
south 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds east, 125 feet to a point in a
line extending south 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west, from the north-
westerly corner of the land now or formerly of the Harry G. Steinmetz Estates,
which point of beginning is distant 558.75 feet southerly from the said
land of Steinmetz; THENCE south 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west, 75 feet;
THENCE north 83 degrees 40 minutes, 40 seconds west, along the aforesaid
Op division line, 125 feet to the easterly side of Shore Drive at the point or
