WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, to whom ancillary letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on October 21 , 1987 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of
one hundred seventy—three thousand five hundred ($173 , 500 .00)
dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk,

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the firstpart in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which theparty of the first part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part,the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises,have been.incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisi6ns ofisection thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be,construed as-if it lead "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

of the will of Dorothy N. Menkes, grantor
and
Adele Dusenbury, grantee
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of
the westerly side of Fifth Street with the northerly
side of Clark Street and from said point of beginning; '
running thence North 82. 41' 10° West along the northerly
side of Clark Street 166.19 feet to land of Tasker;
running thence North 7. 18 ' 20" East along the easterly
line oflandof Tasker 100.13 feet to land of O'Leary;
running thence South 82. 41' 00" East along the southerly
line of land of O'Leary 166.18 feet to the westerly side
of Fifth Street; running thence South 7. 18 ' 00" West
along the westerly side of Fifth Street 100.12 feet to
the corner, the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
Dorothy N. Menkes by a certain executor's deed dated
May 12, 1980 and recorded in the public records of
Suffolk County at Liber 8832, page 72 by Joseph Menkes
as Executor and Ancillary Executor under the last will
and testament of Harry Menkes which premises were
conveyed to Harry Menkes by two certain deeds, the
first given by Hazel McLeod dated the 11th day of
November, 1960, recorded November 14, 1960, in Liber
4905, Page 95, public records of Suffolk County, New
York, and the second given by Stanley Skrezec, Jr. and
Andria Skrezec, dated the 22nd day of February 1962,
recorded February 23, 1962, in Liber 5129, Page 382,
public records of Suffolk County, New York.
