June 18, 1873 as and by Lots 1 and 2; said lots when taken together being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Main Street

RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Main Street, North 28 degrees 41 minutes
