a. This application MUST be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector with 3
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and waterways.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what so ever until the Building Inspector
issues a Certificate of Occupancy.
f. Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 months after the date of
issuance or has not been completed within 18 months from such date. If no zoning amendments or other regulations affecting the
property have been enacted in the interim, the Building Inspector may authorize, in writing, the extension of the permit for an
addition six months. Thereafter, a new permit shall be required.

The Planning Board reviewed the applicant's request to relocate the driveway access for
the lot from Rene's Drive to Sound View Avenue. The approved Subdivision Map of
Indian Woods dated June 2, 1977 shows four "pond" systems located on the lot. The
relocation of the driveway would impact a "pond" adjacent to Sound View Avenue and
therefore Town Trustee approval is necessary. However, due to the geologic and
hydrologic reasons stated, supporting the relocation of the driveway access fxom Rene's
Drive to Sound View Avenue, the Planning Board grants the relocation of the driveway
access from Sound View Avenue subject to the following:
1 Town of Southold Trustee approval for the action.
2 Access from Sound View Avenue to the lot is limited to one_ driveway access.
3 The submittal of letter addressed to the Town of Southold Planning Board stating
the relinquishment of the use of Rene's Drive right of way together with a copy of
a new deed'filed with the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk outlining
the relinquishment of the Renee's Drive right of way for our records.
This approval does not supersede any other necessary permits or coordination with any
other department, board or agency to implement the action.

The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during a Regular Meeting, held
on November 20, 200l, regarding the above matter.
WHEREAS, Patricla C. Moore, Esq. on behalf of Robert & Diane Schroeder applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the To~l~
of Southold, application dated July 6, 2001
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council
for their findings and recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a Public Heating was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on
November 20, 2001 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in
question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold
Town Code.
WI'~REAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health,
safety and general welfare of the people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT.
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of Robert & Diane $chroeder
for a Wetland Permit for a two story house, garage and swimming pool with option #2 for the
driveway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination
made for any other Department or Aganey, which ma)' also have an application pending for the
same or similar project.
Permit to construct proj~t will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if
applicable and permit issued within six months of the date of the notification.

Two inspectious are required and the Trustees are to be notified when project is started and on
