State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Atlantic Avenue distant
50.00 feet southerly as measured along the easterly side of Atlantic
Avenue from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side
of Monsell Place and the easterly side of Atlantic Avenue; running thence
