ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York
bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Bridge Street at the
southeasterly corner of land of Hull, said point being 80.45 feet easterly
from the easterly line of Sterling Place;
running thence along said land of Hull, North 17 degrees 13 minutes 00
seconds West, 96 .16 Feet;
thence along said other land, North 74 degrees 07 minutes East, 116.17 feet
to land of Cowan;
thence along said land, South 19 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds East, 96.31 feet
