WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lots Nos. 53, 54 ,
55, 56, 57 , and 58 on a certain map entitled, "Map Showing
Subdivision of Property known as Summer Haven, belonging to
William G. Herx, near Southold, Suffolk County, New York, " and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
July 5, 1933 as Map No. 1133 , said lots when taken together
being more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Bayview
Avenue where same is intersected by the division line between
Lots 59 and 58 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the southwesterly side of Bayview
Avenue South 37 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 150. 00 feet
to Lot 52 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the division line of Lots 53 and 52,
South 52 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West 221 feet more or
less to the average high water line of Arshamomoque Pond;
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the average high water
line of Arshamomoque a tie line course and distance of North
25 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West 153. 59 feet more or less
to Lot 59 on said map;
f" . RUNNING THENCE along the division line of Lots 58 and 59
North 52 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 188 feet to the

BEGINNING.
3 _ BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the grantor herein by Deed dated November 26, 1984 and
TAX MAP recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on December 18,
DESIGNATION 1984 in Liber 9697 page 311.
Disc TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
1000 roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose. : ,
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
