CORPORATION, a coYporgPtion duly organized and existing under the laws of
the State of New York, and having an office and place of business at
3225 Gallows Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22037-0001, originally named
Standard Oil Company of New York, that name having been duly changed to
Socony-Vacuum Corporation on July 30, 1931, and subsequently duly changed
to Socony-Vacuum Oil Company, Incorporated on May 31, 1934, and
j thereafter on April 29, 1955, duly changed to Socony Mobil oil Company,
J Inc. , and that name having been duly changed to Mobil Oil Corporation, on
May 18, 1966,
3 party of the first part, and Robert A. Campbell, Sr. of 139 Fourth Street
Greenport, New York and Robert A. Campbell, Jr. of 420 Sterling Place,
Greenport, New York ;
party of the second part,
A9y�.0� WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Seventy Thousand ($70,000.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
4 L?7 the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
L73� and being in the Incorporated' Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the
/ northerly side of Front Street with the westerly side of Third

iY' .� THENCE South 840 33' 30" West along the northerly side of Front
Street 89.19 feet to land now or formerly of Frankel;
THENCE North 60 05' 10" West along last mentioned land 115 feet
to land now or formerly of Gaines;
THENCE North 840 33' East along last mentioned land 87.68
feet to the westerly side of Third Street;
THENCE South 60 50' East along the westerly side of Third
Street 115 to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
provisions, exceptions and reservations, if any, contained in former
instruments of record, including but not limited to the following
reservation to Grantor of a right to enter upon said premises for the
purpose of monitoring subsurface water contamination through the use of
test wells and recovery wells located on the premises Grantee shall
further provide a right of entry upon said premises to agents of the
Department of Transportation, the Environmental Protection Agency and any
other governmental unit having jurisdiction thereof, for the purpose of
testing and/or removal of any subsurface water. The ,foregoing shall be
binding upon the Grantee, its successors and assigns.
For the title of the party of first part, reference is made to the deed
dated May 24, 1926 from A. Harry Brown and Bessie Brown, his wife,
recorded in Liber 1192 at Page 590, among the land records of Suffolk
County, New York.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of
the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above
described premises to the center lines thereof,
