paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
Of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Sixth Street, distant 49.54 feet
northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of
Flint Street with the easterly side of Sixth Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Sixth Street, North 7 degrees, 18
minutes 40 seconds East, 49.53 feet to land of Harvey;
THENCE along land of Harvey, South 82 degrees, 17 minutes 00 seconds East, 100.69
feet to land of Skrezec;
THENCE along land of Skrezec, South 7 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West, 49.05 feet;
THENCE still along land of Skrezec and land of Campbell, North 82 degrees,
