ALL' that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
'thereon erected, situate, lyin~ and being at or new Laurel, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, as shown on map entitled, "Map of Edgemere Park, at
Laurel, L.I., lq.Y., D.R. Young, Surveyor, Rivcrhcad, N.Y. dated March 1931" and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Juty 22, 1931 under Map Filed No.

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of an unnamed roadway, distant 270 feet
southerly from the comer formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Pcconic Bay
