erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on that e, ourse of the southerly line of Olejulane which runs S. 57"
58' 50" E. said poim of the beginning being 35.0 feet easterly along said course from the
westerly texrninus thereof; said point of beginning being the northeasterly comer of land now or
formerly of James Mason and the northwesterly comer of the premises herein described; from
said point of beginning running along said southerly line of Olej ulane, 2 courses as follows: (1)
S. 57°E. 58' E. 50.0 feet; thence (2) S. 61° 58' 50" E. 75.0 feet to a monument and land now or
formerly of Hillman; thence along said land now or formerly of Hillman and passing thru a
monument, $. 16* 31' 10' W. 165 feet, more or less, to the northerly edge of a dredged canal;
ahenee continuing on the same courses, S. 16° 31' 10' W. l0 feet more or Jess, to a point I0 feet
southerly from said northerly edge; thence westerly through the waters of said dredged canal on
a line 10 feet southerly from the northerly from the northerly edge thereof, 200 feet, more or less,
