residing at 88 Saint Andrews Circle, Southampton, New York 11968, party of the second part,

good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the

Associates" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 1, 1989 as Map #8808.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated November 27, 2009 and recorded in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk on December 7,
2009 in Liber 12608 page 620.
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of the pert,/of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anylhing

Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. '16 on a certain map
entitled "Map of Farmveu Associates" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 1, t989 as Map No. 8808 being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Farmveu Road which point is marked by
a monument set at the southerly terminus of a curve having a radius of 150 feet and a
length of 245.98 feet and which curve connects the westerly side of Farmveu Road wi~h
the southerly side of Oldfield Court;
