streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rigMs of the party of the first part
in and to said premises,

heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

I" and filed in the Offi~ of the Clerk of'th= County of Suffolk on February 14, 1974 as Map No. 6065; said lot being
bound~ and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Elijah's Road where ~hc same is intersected by the division line

northwesterly as measured along the southwesterly side of Elijah's Road from the northwesterly end of a curve having a
