BEGINNING at a point on the South side of Brook Lane, a cul-de-sac, where
the division line between lots 5 & 6 on the above mentioned map intersects the
South side of Brook Lane, said point also being situate 353.62 feet southeasterly
as measured along the southwesterly side of Brodk Lane from the southeasterly end
of the arc of thecurve connecting thesoutheasterly side of Reydon Drive and the
southwesterly side of Brook Lane;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along the arc of a curve, bearing to the left,
having a radius of 60 feet a di§tante along said curve of 62.83 feet to the

THENCE along the last above ,mentioned division line, South 48 degrees
41 minutes 49 seconds East 225 feet;
THENCE westerly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a
radius of 285 feet a distance along said curve of 298.45 feet to a division line

THENCE along the last above mentioned division line, North 11 degrees
18 minutes 11 seconds East 225 feet to the South side of Brook Lane at the
point or place of BEGINNING.

the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
