RIDER TO DEED DESCRIPTION ~ SULICH CONVEYANCE
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected situate, lying and being at Nassau Point, or Little Hog Neck, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and known and designated as Lot numbered One
Hundred Eighty Six (I g6)on Map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by
Nassau Point club Propcrcies, Inc, situated in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New
York surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto Van Tuyl, D.E. & surveyor, Greenport, New York"
and filed in the Office of thc County Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, Augus~ 16,
1922 as File No 156,
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to Louis F, Sulieh
and Sonia Sulieh, husband and wife, by deed dated February 3, 1968, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6301 at Page 122; and further
The la,nd being conveyed consists of one improved parcel with one-half ownership
of such being possessed by the Trust of Louis F. Sulich and one-half by the Trust of Sonia
Sulich, lhe surviving Grantors are not only the daughters of Louis F. Sulich and Sonia
Sulich but also the surviving Trustees of both of the aforementioned trusts (thc deceased
Grantorfrrastees being Louis F. Sulich, who died a resident of' Suffolk County on May
10, 2010 and his spouse, Sonia Sulich, who died a resident of Suffolk County on July 25,
2010. The surviving Grantors are also equal beneficiaries under the terms of both of said
trusts and it is their intern to convey full ownership in said parcel to themselves as
beneficiaries, each of them holding a fifty percent (50%) ownership as Tenants in
Common; and further
INTENDED to be the same premises convey~ to the grantors by two (2) deeds,
both dated February 6, 2002, and both recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on March 21, 2002 both in Liber 12175 at pages 950 and 951.
