BEING AND INTENDED tO convey the undivided four (4%) percent interest of 5ean D. Hachmann in the
premises to Rosemary D. Haliigan. SubseclL~e~ to this transfer, the interest of the owners in the premises is
Rosemary D. Halligan, an undivided forty (40%) percent Inberest,; Kathieen D. Couden, an undivided thirty-
six (36%) percent interest, and ~oseph S. Dannelly, an undivided twenty-four (24%) percent interest` as
tenants in common.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and lads
abutting the above desc~bed premises to the cen~er lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and dghts of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granled unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered rn any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
