WITNESSETH, that the party of the fust parr, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
GD successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by
Lot nos. 143 and 144, as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Greenport
n Village", and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
i d 131-: on August 10, 1938, as map no 9, which said lots, according to said map,
r.1 are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly side of second Street where the
same is intersected by the division linebetween the premises herein
described and land now or formerly of C. Baker, which said point is distant
121.65 feet northerly from the concrete monument set at the corner formed
by the intersection of the easterly side of Second Street with the northerly
side of South Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 6 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West along the
" easterly side .of Second Street, 100.54 feet to land now or formerly of
Doroski;
THENCE North 82 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East along the said last
mentioned land, 110.69 Feet to land now or formerly of Mellas;
THENCE South 6 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East along the said last
mentioned land, 100 feet to land now or formerly of Baker;
THENCE South 82 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds West along said last
mentioned land, 111.04 feet to the easterly side of Second Street, the
pont or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the fust part in and to any streets and
roads lines the above described premises to the center x thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the fust part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLL) the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construfd as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
