BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Oscar L. Bush and
Margaret D. Bush, his wife by deed made by Kenneth W. Thornhill, Bernice T.
Hatmel and Albert E. Thornhill dated November 22, 1954, recorded in Liber 3797
pg 590 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.or-i 11/-tk/sS'
TOGETHER with aright of way over a strip of land three feet in width
and forty feet in length on the easterly side of premises now or
formerly owned by Samuel Taylor, and adjoining premises herein on the
west .
AND SUBJECT to a right of way in favor of the premises adjoining on
the west, three feet in width and forty feet in length over the
westerly side of the premises herein described .

AND the parry of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the parry of the first
parr will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
