The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations in the area indicated on the application received on September 6, 2011. Conditions: The approved operations must be commenced within two (2) years from the date of the resolution. The permittee is required to provide the Trustees with before and after photos of the area within this time period before any further maintenance is conducted. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
