THIS INDENTURE, made the day of August nineteen hundred and eighty six

or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, Situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road,
(County Road 27) at the division line between the premises herein
described and premises of Countrywide .Management, Inc. , said
point of beginning being approximately 1200 feet easterly along
the northerly side of Middle Road from its intersection with the
easterly side of Albertson Lane and from said point of beginning ;
running thence along the said side of Countryside Management,
Inc . , North 15 degrees 59 feet 10 inches West 124 . 0 feet to the
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; and running thence
along said high water mark of Long Island Sound, North 89 degrees
40 feet and 40 inches East 51. 93 feet to the land of R. Tasker;
and running thence along said land of R. Tasker South 15 degrees
59 feet 10 inches East 107.00 feet to the northerly side of
Middle Country Road (C.R. 27) ; running thence along said Middle
Road South 70 degrees 36 feet 20 inches West 50 .09 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES being known as Route 48 , Greenport , New York.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the party of the first part
/ by deed dated September 27 , 1978 and recorded in the Office of

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
