first part and tlizabeth D. Langhauser, his wife, by deed recorded in

Together with a perpetual right-of-way or easement in, upon and over a
strip of land 20 feet in width, running from the southeast corner of the
premises hereinbefore described and along the easterly line of land now oz
formerly of Albert Martocchia to the south side of Front Street.
Subject to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $115, 000 .00
which mortgage was executed and delivered by the party of the second
part to the party of the first part as security for a portion of the
purchase price and which said mortgage is intended to be recorded
simultaneously herewith.
