All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
being i5bft at Greenport, in the Tom,of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Main Street distant 232.09 feet
southerly frau the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Case Street, with the easterly side of Carpenter Street;
THENCE North 83009100" east along land now or formerly of Christa Boyajian,
166.53 feet to the westerly side of Carpenter Street;
THENCE South 06055110" east along the westerly side of Carpenter Street, 32.22
feet to land now or formerly of William T. Coulter, Jr. and Margaret F. Coulter;
THENCE South 82,32120" -west along last mentioned land, 166.56 feet to the easterly
side of MainStreet;
THENCE North 0650'50" along the easterly side of Main Street, 34.00 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INIMED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by an executors deed made by Marion Backora and Edith Becker , recorded
4/29/68 in Liber 6338 cp 394 in the Suffolk County Clerk's office; the party
of the first part herein being the same person as the Edith Becker who is co-
grantor and the grantee in said deed.
SUB= to any state of facts an accurate survey might show; and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations and zoning regulations of
record, if any.
' Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of thefirst part in and to said premises;To HaveAndTo Hold the premises herein granted untothe
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second partforever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the fi rst part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
And the party of thefirst part,in compliance with.Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration ass trust fu nd
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
