and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 102 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section III", filed in the Office of the Clerk
District: of the County of Suffolk on September 27, 1965, as Map No. 4475 and more particularly
1000 bounded and described as follows:
Section: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Moores Lane North distant 300 feet
033.00 northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Moores
Lane North and the northerly side of Homestead Way, said point and place of beginning
Block: also being the division line between Lot 102 and Lot 103 on the map mentioned above

TOGETHER with the use of the beach area as described in deed made by
H.J.S. Land and Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land and Development Corp.
to Eastern Shores, Inc. , dated March 17, 1965, and recorded March 18, 1965
in Liber 5716 at page 16, and together with access thereto over Sound Deive, a private
road 50 feet in width, from the westerly end of Sound Drive as shown on "Map of
Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section 111".
SUBJECT to Covenants and Restrictions of record.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by H.J.S. Land E Developmen
Corp, to Custodio Brandi and Elizabeth Brandi, his wife, the parties of the first
part herein by deed dapted April 20, 1967 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on April 24, 1967 in Liber 6141 of deeds at page 521.
