party of the first part, and DOUGLAS DeIFEIS and LYDIA DeFEIS, his wife, both
residing at 2228 N.E. 26th Street, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by-the-party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain.plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office as, Map No. 90, on
December 20, 1927.
TOGETHER with all the right to the use, in common with others, of
the roads as set forth on said map and the right of access overthe ,
pripate roads designated as Cedar Point Drive West, and Little
Peconic Bay Lane southerly to Little Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with all of the right,. title and interest, ` if any, of the
mortgagor in and to the beach, waters, and lands under waters in
front of and abutting said premises to the center lines thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements, reservations and
agreements of record, if any, and SUBJECT to any state of facts '
an accurate survey may show.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the<appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;�;:TO, HAVE AND ,TO- ;
