Land & Development Corp. and J.M. S. Land and Development Corp . to Eastern Shores , Inc. dated the 17th day of March, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office March 18, 1965 in Liber 5716 at page 16 . Said beach rights referred to above being described as follows : TOGETHER with an easement with ingress and egress to and from the above described premises over Moore ' s Lane North, Inlet Pond Road, Westwood Lane, and Sound Drive to the "Private Beach" as said beach is shown and laid out on "Map of Section 4 Eastern Shores at Greenport" , filed 3/7/66 as Map No. 4586. The grantors RICHARD MUSICH and ROBERT MUSICH herein are the same persons as described in deed recorded in Liber 9626 page 102 . BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises in deed recorded in Liber 7089 page 03 Suffolk County Clerk' s Office. And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
