This application must be filed in typewiter OR ink and submitted to the Building Iuspcctor with the following; for new buildings or new use: {. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-9 form). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that solder used in system contains less' than 2/10 of IZ lead. 5. Con~erclal buildings, industrial buildings, multiple residences and similar. buildings and installations, a certificate of code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements. B. For existing buildings (Prior to April 9, 1957] non-conforming uses, or buildings cud "pre-existing" land uses: I. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. It was noted by Inspector Curt Horton during an inspection, that a major structural timbers were removed rendering the building unsafe. The contractor, Richard Saetta General Contracting, Inc., was notified to take necessary steps to make the building safe. To date the Building Department has no record of for inspections to determine the structural safety of building. any request the The expired building permit must be renewed and inspections must be done immediately. It is unlawful to occupy a building without a Certificate of Occupancy. The above violations are accoridng to the Code of Town of Southold, Chapter 90-3; Chapter 100, Article XXVIII, 100-281 and 100-284.
