Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as Map Number 4362. Together with the use, in common with others, of the beach area and parking area adjacent thereto; Tax Map said beach area having a depth of approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic Designation Bay, and having a length of 900 feet more or less measured along the ordinary high water mark, and Dist. /000 said parking area having a frontage on the Northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet, running Westerly along said street from Lot Number 7, and having a depth of not less than 150 feet Northerly of Harbor Lights Drive.
